CeBeCo® REVOLVOMAT
The CeBeCo® REVOLVOMAT is a spray cleaning system with a moving segment drum. The spray cleaning process is used for cleaning parts such as chassis parts, fuel lines and brake lines.
This machine was specially developed as an inline solution for cleaning series components, e.g. in the automotive industry. Thanks to its stable, robust and compact design, as well as all components in contact with the media being made of stainless steel, it offers a cost-effective solution for a wide range of parts.

This model consists of a washing tank (W), a rinsing tank (S), each equipped with an ultra-fine filter in the main flow and a blow-off zone using the air circulation method (A). This system can be switched from robot to manual loading using a selector switch. The maximum usable height of the system is 700 mm.

This model consists of a wash tank (W), a rinse tank (S), each equipped with an ultra-fine filter in the main flow and a blow-off zone using the air circulation method (A). It is designed for robotic loading only and is also equipped with a compressed air blow-off device to remove residual moisture. The maximum usable height is 1,200 mm.

This model consists of a wash tank (W), a rinse tank (S), each equipped with an ultra-fine filter in the main flow and a blow-off zone using the recirculation method (A). The system is equipped with a storage tank that has its own heating system. This storage tank feeds both the wash and rinse tanks with preheated demineralised water by means of a circulation pump in order to to compensate for evaporation losses with preheated medium and thus minimise downtimes caused by the heating phase. The system is designed for manual loading and is secured at the loading and unloading position by means of a light barrier. In addition, the operating status of the system is indicated by an indicator light inside the chamber. The maximum usable height of the system is 1,750 mm.
