FINE CLEANING SYSTEM FOR INTERIOR CLEANING
CeBeCo® PULSOMAT
The CeBeCo® PULSOMAT is a precision cleaning system with pulsating valve control. Internal fine cleaning is used for cleaning cooling, fuel, brake and hydraulic lines, for example, as well as hose-pipe connections. This machine was specially developed as a stand-alone solution for cleaning series components, e.g. in the automotive industry.
Thanks to its stable, robust and compact design, as well as all components in contact with the media being made of stainless steel, it offers a long-lasting solution for series cleaning.

FUNCTION/ AREA OF APPLICATION
The targeted and flexible flow system achieves optimum internal cleaning. The extensive filter systems in the main flow ensure the greatest possible freedom from particles in the process. The ergonomically designed working chamber enables the adaptations to be loaded quickly and easily with the items to be washed. The quick-change system of the adaptation plates allows them to be customised to your range of parts.
DESIGN
The CeBeCo® PULSOMAT is manufactured from strong stainless steel sheet in welded construction and adapted to customer-specific requirements.

FILTRATION
Both media are conveyed through a surface filter with a high degree of fineness before flowing through the wash material. In addition, after the first filtration, the rinsing medium is divided into six depth filters with even finer filtration (one per adaptation point). This enables us to fulfil very high purity requirements.

Model variations
The PULSOMAT is available in different model variants.

This model is a single-chamber system with a pneumatic door. In addition to the standardised horizontal adaptation points along the top edge of the washing chamber, vertical adaptation points can also be controlled. This means that longer components can also be cleaned diagonally in the working chamber (maximum length approx. 2,500 mm).

This model is also based on the double-chamber principle, but the special feature here is the positioning of the chambers. This system has been specially designed for robot loading. Due to its design, it is possible to install a robot in the centre between the chambers and keep the travel distances as short as possible.

This model is a double-chamber version. The sliding glass door shown can be moved sideways. This allows the second working chamber to be reloaded during a cleaning process in one chamber. This allows an increased throughput and optimum utilisation of the system.
