Function/areas of application
The material to be washed is sprayed in cycles with heated media in a segment drum. The spraying process ensures cleaning success for a wide range of parts. Watery cleaners are used.
Construction
The CeBeCo WASCHFIX is manufactured from strong stainless steel sheet in welded construction in numerous standard designs and, on request, individually designed according to customer-specific requirements.
Equipment
Washing and rinsing device, electric direct heating, insulation, digital thermostat, stainless steel immersion pumps, stainless steel nozzle systems, coarse filter inserts, drying device, vapour extraction, segment drum with direct drive, pneumatic door.
Supplementary features
Oil separator for non-emulsified oils in the bypass process, ultra-fine filter in the main flow (surface filter), ultra-fine filter in the bypass flow (depth filter), air fine filter, bottom protection pan, drain pump, weekly clock.
