Construction
The CeBeCo TROWAMAT is made of strong stainless steel sheet in welded construction and is available in four standard sizes. Intermediate or special sizes according to customer-specific requirements are possible. Aqueous cleaners are used.
Equipment
Electric direct heating, insulation, digital thermostat, high-pressure centrifugal pump, stainless steel nozzle system, coarse filter insert, off-line oil separator for non-emulsified oils, drying device, vapour extraction, Rhön wheel with direct drive, pneumatic door, single feed roller conveyor.
Additional equipment
Flushing device, increase in insert weight, ultra-fine filter in the main stream (surface filter), ultra-fine filter in the secondary stream (depth filter), interval blow-off system, recirculating air drying, air fine filter, floor protection trough, feed stations (in various designs), emptying pump, weekly clock.
