Cleaning system in through-feed method
- Made of thick welded high-grade sheet steel
- Components to be washed can be transported by metal-belt conveyors, overhead conveyors, endless chain transporters, prism pulsers or roller conveyors
- Can be integrated in existing or planned production plants
- For use with aqueous cleaners
Process possibilities
The components to be washed are:
- showered using the designated nozzle fittings (spray-washed)
- dipped into the cleaning medium in cycles
- flooded chamber for chamber
- pressurised chamber for chamber with ultrasonic.
Equipment
The CeBeCo DUWAMAT is manufactured in numerous standard versions and can be designed individually according to customer-specific requirements upon request (e.g. number and selection of zones, cleaning processes, etc.).
