We train – and are awarded for it
The promotion of young talent is an important and successful component of our company, for which we have already received awards in the past. We currently have more than 10 employees from our own junior staff development team.
Our experienced trainers are available to the young trainees for the professions of
Engineering mechanic. Electrical installation technician Industrial clerk,
and advise them on all questions concerning BOUS and their training.
Due to our extensive vertical range of manufacture, the trainees in our company go through all relevant areas of their training.

Engineering mechanic,
Specialisation in mechanical engineering (f/m/d)

If you:
– have completed training as a plant mechanic, specialising in apparatus engineering,
– have completed training as a sheet metal worker or industrial mechanic,
– have experience in plant engineering (an advantage),
– Have the ability to work in a team, be able to work under pressure and be flexible,
– have a good technical understanding and imagination,
– Have concentration, diligence and logical thinking skills,
– have mathematical understanding,
– have good technical skills,
– be able to work in a structured and self-organised manner,
– want to have fun in your daily work.
Then your tasks are:
– Cut the sheets according to the drawing on the guillotine shears,
– Bend the sheets according to the drawing on the press brake,
– Carry out notches on a corner or hole punch,
– Carry out sawing work on the band saw or circular saw,
– Drilling holes on a stationary drilling machine,
– Manufacture of assemblies according to drawings,
– Carrying out small welding jobs TIG/MAG (no welder examination is required),
– Assembly of subassemblies,
– Production of piping systems (possibly machine thread cutting),
– Creation of pneumatic connections according to pneumatic plan.
