Transfer of the business division of BOUS International to BOUS RENZMANN Cleantech GmbH as a subsidiary of D.W. RENZMANN Apparatebau GmbH.
With effect from 04.10.2022 D.W.RENZMANN Apparatebau from Monzingenhas taken over the business division of BOUS International. In the future, the company will operate under the name BOUS RENZMANN Cleantech GmbH.
Founded in 1969, D.W.RENZMANN Apparatebau from Monzingen develops, manufactures and sells washing machines and distillation plants for the graphic arts and ink manufacturing industries. The cleaning media used are mainly solvents and alkaline cleaners.
For 90 years now, BOUS RENZMANN Cleantech GmbH from Cologne can look back on a successful company history. In the past years, the company’s focus has been on the continuous development and optimization of almost all types of cleaning and degreasing systems.
BOUS sees itself as a specialist for solving almost all cleaning problems on an aqueous basis and focuses its marketing on the automotive industry.
Michael Schneiß, CEO of D.W.RENZMANN Apparatebau GmbH expects the takeover of the cleaning division of Bous International GmbH into the newly founded BOUS RENZMANN Cleantech GmbH to generate numerous synergy effects as well as an expansion of mutual market activities.
